Services Offered By Dixton Surgery

Minor Surgery: Many procedures can now be performed in the Surgery, including joint injections, incisions, excisions and coil insertions. Please ask your doctor.

Family Planning: The Doctors and Nurse Practitioner are happy to give advice on all types of contraception. Coil fittings are arranged by special appointment.

Counsellor: The Counsellor is available for consultation, following a referral by your Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.

Dietician: The Dietician is available for consultations with patients with certain medical conditions, e.g. diabetes. Your Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will be happy to make a referral to her clinic which is held in Monmouth.

Podiatric Surgeon: Mr Green, Consultant, Hereford Community Health.
Mr Green consults regularly at Monnowvale. An initial referral can be arranged by the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.

Gwent Alcohol Project and Gwent Drugs Project:
Appointments may be made with these Counsellors at the Surgery.
