Practice Manager: Sarah Harries The Practice Manager oversees the day to day running of the Practice and will be happy to help with your problems or queries concerning the Practice. She will be pleased to hear your comments, good or bad.
Complaints should be addressed to Mrs. Harries, who will deal with matters as set down in the NHS Complaints Procedures Protocols.
Registrars: We are a Training Practice and have qualified Doctors gaining General Practice experience working with us.
Nurse Practitioner: Christina MacFarlane, RGN, BSc Hons NP, Dip Prof Practice Special Interest in Women’s Health and Disease Management. She consults patients with both minor and acute illnesses, diagnoses and emergency care and works closely with the Doctors. Patients may book an appointment with Christina for consultations in all areas of health problems.

Blood Tests and Injections Ear Syringing
Cervical Smears Health and New Patient Checks
Blood Pressure Checks Travel Advice and Immunisations
Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist: Natalie Williams Natalie offers appointments to take Blood as well as Blood Pressures, ECGs and New Patient Checks. Natalie coordinates the giving of test results.
District Nurse: Our District Nurses are based at Monnowvale and provide nursing care at home for the long term sick, the unwell elderly and those who are housebound.
Health Visitor: The Health Visitor visits all families with children under the age of five and provides information, advice and support to all age groups with special emphasis on the needs of children and the elderly. The Health Visitor runs a regular drop-in Baby Clinic and manages the Childhood Immunisation Programme.
Community Midwife: The Midwife has regular antenatal clinics at the surgery. She will look after mothers before and after delivery, and give advice on care of the newborn baby.
